The Yoga Bowl; so named because we love to devour this after a tough yoga session. The combination of rice, lentils, veggies and spices make it a delicious way to get your protein, low GI carbohydrates, healthy fats and micronutrients; the perfect bowl to fuel you at any time of day, with or without the yoga.
